Canyon Rim Bushwhack Part 3

Difficulty:Challenging
Conditions:Good
Awesome Views. Wish it wasn't so hazy/humid that day. Trail is hard to follow after the bouldering until the junction with Roaring Plains Trail at Large Campsite. GPS is highly recommended. Plenty of blueberris along the way. Other places are well cairned.

Nice cairned sidetrail to overlook of the South Fork of Red Creek. Not an official trail. Trail junction is at campsite along South Prong Trail with room for a few tents.

Beginning part of trail is highly maintained and switches to rocky trail as you progress. Several nice views overlooking the South Fork of Red Creek as well as a few places to look out East over towards the North Fork Mountain.
